So, like I said, it's winter over here! And boy is it chilly. Not a patch on English winter I'll grant you but still not as toasty as all you girls back in England are enjoying. So it's time to dig out the boots and cardigan for a nice wintery OOTD...

Shopping the summer sales....

Who among us doesn't love a sale?! I popped into Leicester to pick up a few last minute bits to take back to Australia with me and found some absolute gems in amongst all the sales. 

I saw these jeans in Miss Selfridge at full price (£38) a few weeks ago and wanted them, glad I waited and got them for £20 with an extra 20% off. Bingo! I'll wear these rolled up with sandals or a pair of converse and baggy tshirt. 

La Senza had probably the best deal of the day...bra's for £1!! I picked up two black and one grey, then went to the fancier stands and picked up a couple of coloured bra's for £10 each. The whole lot altogether at original price would have cost me over £100!!

The shirt and studded blazer were from Vero Moda, a really underrated shop in my opinion. The shirt was originally £25 and was reduced to £14 and will look great tucked in denim shorts with biker boots. The blazer was £48 before it was reduced to the incredible bargain price of £14!! Black over sized blazer, with shoulder pads, and studded shoulders. Perfect smart casual piece for all year round. 

There was a few pairs of sandals in Aldo I wanted but they only had these in my size so I had to order the other pair online. These were reduced from £30 to £15, and I love the jelly sandal feel of these but they have a bit more substance and some mean looking spikes on the straps. These will look incredible under maxi dresses or rolled up jeans with tanned feet when I get back to Aus!

Sunday lunch OOTD....

Firstly, ONE WEEK until Oz, how fast has that come round?! Mum and Dad took me out for lunch on Sunday as a bit of a 'farewell' meal (I'm hoping it wasn't a 'thank god she's going lets celebrate' meal!). Thought I'd dress up for the occasion and wear my favourite Miss Selfridge skirt...

Easter Bank Holiday in outfits....

I just popped into Leicester with the girls on Friday to look for outfits for the big bank holiday Sunday night out and for a Wagamama's...lush! I literally just threw on a baggy t-shirt from Miss Selfridge over a long black tank, my Primark mens hoody and some converse. 

Then the big event on Sunday...I'd been saving this outfit since Christmas when I bought these shorts but couldn't actually fit in them!

Kellie, on the left, wore a Miss Selfridge Dress and Peacocks shoes, Steph wore a strapless dress from River Island, and Sarah had a New Look lace, glittery top with a stretchy black skirt and black shoe boots, also from New Look I think!

OOTD...For that 'in between' weather...

Hey lovelies :) Hope everyone's having a good bank holiday! I popped into Leicester last week and, with the weather being a bit 'meh' just recently, I have had NO idea what to wear. I went for my old faithful denim shorts from Topshop, my black boots and a thin jumper from Miss Selfridge with a sheer panel across the shoulders. I dragged out my furry River Island bag, decided on Barry M 155 lipstick and hit the shops (didn't actually buy anything though....just a bit of window shopping!)

Weekend in outfits....

Hey lovelies, hope you've all had a fabulous weekend! I've had a busy one, I saw one of my best friends Friday night for the first time in months, she's been away working on a cruise ship. I practically wet myself with excitement, it was amazing to see her again! We went to the 02 Academy in Leicester to see The Risk of X Factor fame, and O.M.G they're beautiful! Managed to secure a spot right at the front, and I like to think Ashford flashed me a cheeky smile *swoon*

I loved my eye makeup last night, I used a combo of Mac paint pot in Bare Study and Hustle from the Urban Decay Naked palette, with some AMAZING lashes from No7 (review on these to come, they're literally gorgeous!) 

I popped on my new Mac lipstick in Up The Amp which I'm thinking of using as my signature night out lip rather than Saint Germain. 

(please do excuse the mess on the bed, hair extensions and a random top!) I went for quite a plain outift, all black and cream!

Just a few....

From Easter. Steph finally put some pictures on from Easter so here they are....

Sorry these are all mixed up, this one is actually the first night out of the four. Stephs dress is from ASOS (although I could be wrong....) Sarah wore skinny jeans and a gorgeous top from New Look (very jel of her working there I won't lie!) I went for Miss Selfridge high waisted denim shorts and over the knee socks, with my new Topshop top tucked in. Kelli had a floral playsuit from Primark.
